Can I use an iron to remove a crease from folded neoprene?
Absolutely not. You should never iron neoprene. The high heat from an iron will melt the nylon or polyester fabric and completely destroy the rubber sponge underneath. Once a dead crease forms in the rubber cells, the physical damage is permanent. You cannot fix it with heat, steam, or pressure. This is why proper factory rolling is mandatory.
Why do the edges of my current material look wrinkled and wavy?
If the edges of a rolled sheet look wavy, it means your supplier used poor tension control during the packaging process. They pulled the fabric too tight, stretching the edges unevenly. Does rolling the material damage the fabric on the outside?
