SCR Neoprene Foam Sheet

The initial state of the "Neoprene Sponge" we used was "Sponge Block". We cut the "Sponge Block" up into sheets with a thickness of 0.5 - 10 mm, commonly called "Neoprene Sheet". The surface of "Sponge Block" is called "Skin", and the middle of "Sponge Block" is called "Cell". The "Skin" is stronger than the "Cell", but the elasticity is slightly worse.

A "Sponge Block" has only two surfaces and can only cut two pieces of "Skin", the quantity is limited. A large-scale order requires a long-term contract to guarantee supply. The "Cell" is unrestricted and can be sold directly in large quantities. The "Skin" of the "CR Sponge" is often referred to as "Smooth Skin". The "Skin" of "SCR / SBR Sponge" is often referred to as "Hard Skin".

SCR Neoprene Sheet (Chloroprene & Styrene Butadiene Rubber)

Features: "SCR Sponge" is a mixture of CR (Chloroprene Rubber) and SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) and is widely used in the production of various related products.

Applications: Wetsuit, surf suit, swimsuit, PFD, sports protective gear, medical protective gear, horse protective gear, gloves, shoes and bag etc.
