Will a Spandex lining snag easily on sharp objects?
Yes, this is the main trade-off. To achieve extreme 4-way stretch, the fabric knitting must be slightly looser than standard nylon. This makes the surface smoother but more delicate. It can catch on sharp fingernails, rough rocks, or harsh Velcro hooks. This is why we recommend using Spandex in high-mobility areas (like underarms) and tougher nylon in high-abrasion areas (like knees).
Can I print my brand logo on Super Stretch Spandex?
Yes. You can use specialized high-elasticity silk screen inks. The ink must be designed to stretch with the fabric.
