No. This is a water-resistant travel pouch, not a dry bag for scuba diving. The DWR fabric, closed-cell neoprene, and waterproof zippers will protect the drone perfectly from heavy rain, snow, and spilled drinks. However, it is not designed to be completely submerged underwater for a long time.
