How do we build these permanent 3D embossed logos? We follow a strict factory protocol. We treat 3D logo bonding as a precise mechanical engineering task.
Step 1: CNC Mold Carving
We receive your digital logo file. Our engineers program a CNC milling machine. The machine carves your exact logo design in reverse into a solid block of copper. Copper holds heat perfectly and creates razor-sharp 3D details.
Step 2: Liquid Injection and Curing
